The ‘Fact Finder’ provides Total Fulfilment with an overview of your fulfilment requirements and allows us to produce a bespoke quote. Questions are related to your inventory, expected volumes of sales and storage and anything that may be unique to your business.
Within 24 hours of receiving the completed ‘Fact Finder’, Total Fulfilment will provide you with a bespoke quote for the required fulfilment services.
Following acceptance of the quote, terms and conditions will be agreed and payment services activated.
You will now be given access to your TF Hub. A demonstration will be provided by Total Fulfilment and you will have the chance to explore all the ecommerce fulfilment features before going live.
A CSV file will be provided so that your inventory can be uploaded to our online warehouse in bulk.
With your authorisation, we can access and install unlimited sales channels onto your TF Hub. Or if you would prefer, we can send detailed instructions for you to complete the task yourself and we will be on-hand to support.
Total Fulfilment offers many different shipping services to meet your requirements. These can be configured by sales channel, weight and country to name a few.
Testing is done on each core product fulfilment process from receiving your goods to despatching an order to make sure we are in the best position for going live
Once testing is completed and any remedial action is taken, we are ready to put our fulfillment into action, receiving and despatching your items.
At our fulfilment centre we pick, pack and ship your online orders in line with your requirements, keeping you updated via the Total Fulfilment Hub as we go.
Over the course of our partnership, you will be able to keep in contact with us regarding anything fulfilment - whether it’s relating to order queries, product updates, courier tracking or even if you just want a catch up. You can do this over email or by phone – whichever suits you best.
As standard, you will receive your bill every two weeks. Each Invoice will be accompanied by a detailed breakdown of storage, handling, shipping and all other auxiliary costs.
