Our team at Total Fulfilment is well established with some of our team members being with us for over 20 years. We ensure we always train to a high standard using both in-house and external trainers. We know that a reliable and trustworthy workforce reflects directly on our services levels.
From pickers, packers, and customer service agents through to forklift drivers, lorry loaders and stock counters. We always ensure that our team has the skills and knowledge to do a great job for our clients.
Full Induction Program for All Warehouse Operatives
Our induction period takes 12 weeks in total. This covers everything from health and safety to picking best practice. Our new team members are always 'buddied' up with our more experienced team members.
This allows them to learn and adapt to different client specifications before going solo. We find the 'buddy' methodology a great way to onboard new team members whilst maintaining optimum client service levels.
Custom Training Based on Client Requirements
We know you have heard it before, but it is so true that no two clients are the same. If you have a special picking or packing requirement, with the needs training out, we have it covered.
We always agree on the SOP with the client and trial the requirement before handing the job over to our team members.
This allows us to sense-check the requirement and feedback on any findings or alterations. Once the final call is made, we train out and sign off.
Option to Have Team Members Briefed on Client Values
A business ethos is at the heart of its success; we want to be a part of that success. We encourage all our clients to pass on to us their ethos and company values.
For us there is no better way to enthuse the team, then give them the best possible understanding of why we do what we do.
