Meet the Team
DirectorEd oversees the running of all our departments and accounts. He also takes a great interest in onboarding new clients, learning about their businesses and understanding how best to provide the service they need. Having over 12 very successful years in the high-street and online retail sectors, Ed loves to get into the nitty-gritty of what makes a business different and thrives on making sure we have the right solution that works for each of our clients. Outside of work, Ed is a real family man who enjoys spending time with his large family, whether on holiday together or relaxing at home.
Commercial ManagerJames takes the lead during the onboarding process. He will co-ordinate onboarding from the very first enquiry to the first order despatched and be in regular contact with the client to support throughout the partnership. Away from the business, James has a keen interest in classic cars and he regularly attends shows across the country.
Inbound Goods & Put-Away ManagerRich is our Inbound Goods & Put-Away Manager. He started with us back in October 2010 as a member of our put-away team and he has since progressed up through the company ranks, holding several roles across numerous departments including team leader and supervisor. When Richard is not planning the put-away of hundreds of pallets each day, he is an avid sports fan and plays cricket for his local team. He has enjoyed doing this since 2012 and occasionally captains the team. Richard also plays 5 aside with his work colleagues.
Inbound Goods & Put-Away Manager
Sales ManagerAndrew is our Sales Manager, he joined Total Fulfilment in 2020. He is responsible for introducing Total Fulfilment to prospective clients and developing our existing partnerships. Andrew will be your first point of contact with us. With nearly 20 years of experience in sales, business development and management he fully understands what our clients are looking for in a long term partnership. When not in the office he can be found with his kids in the kitchen cooking or on the rugby pitch helping to coach his son's rugby team.
Picking ManagerDan started working for us on the warehouse floor and has worked his way up to become our picking manager. In his 16 years of working for us, Dan has become well versed in all parts of our business and is passionate about developing our continuous improvement program, always looking for ways to streamline our picking process whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy. An avid football fan, when Dan is not trying to optimise our picking processes, he can be found on the 5 aside pitch being Total Fulfilment's very own Andrea Pirlo or managing his beloved Middlesbrough FC on the latest Football Manager game.
Systems and Inventory ManagerDarren has over 25 years of Warehousing, Logistics and Distribution experience. He started with a 3PL provider managing contracts for blue chip FMCG companies before working as Distribution Manager for a Confectioner and subsequently a leading Packaging Manufacturer. Darren oversees our internal systems and is an expert user of the Total Fulfilment Hub and the associated software that powers it. He fully understands the importance of data integrity in fulfilment operations and is committed to ensuring accuracy in everything we do. Outside of work, Darren volunteers as a leader with the Scout Association; managing one of the largest groups in the local area.

Our team at Total Fulfilment is well established with some of our team members being with us for over 20 years.
We ensure we always train to a high standard using both in-house and external trainers. We know that a reliable and trustworthy workforce reflects directly on our services levels. From pickers, packers and customer service agents through to forklift drivers, lorry loaders and stock counters, we always help us ensure our team have the skills and knowledge to do a great job for our clients.
