Meet the Team

As Director of Total Fulfilment, Ed oversees the day-to-day running of the business and works closely with every department to ensure we deliver an exceptional service to our clients. He is actively involved in onboarding new customers, taking the time to understand their business and develop fulfilment solutions that support their growth. With over 12 years of experience in high street retail and ecommerce, Ed is passionate about helping businesses operate more efficiently through practical, scalable solutions. Away from work, Ed enjoys spending time with his family, whether on holiday, enjoying days out or relaxing at home.

Jennie has been part of Total Fulfilment for over six years and is one of the company's original team members. As Head of Client Success, she oversees client accounts, ensuring every customer receives outstanding service from onboarding through to long-term account management. Working closely with both clients and the operations team, Jennie reviews account performance, identifies opportunities for improvement, and helps clients maximise the value of our partnership. Outside of work, Jennie enjoys spending time with her three sons, gardening, home renovation and researching the history of her Grade II listed home.

Dan began his career with us on the warehouse floor and, through over 16 years of experience, has progressed to become our General Warehouse Manager. He oversees the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring stock is managed efficiently and customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time. Passionate about continuous improvement, Dan is always looking for ways to enhance efficiency while maintaining the high standards our clients expect. Outside of work, Dan enjoys five-a-side football and following his beloved Middlesbrough FC, both on the pitch and on Football Manager.

Lynne will be your dedicated first point of contact when you partner with us, ensuring your onboarding is as smooth and straightforward as possible. She works closely with both our operations and customer service teams to coordinate day-to-day account management, answer any questions, and resolve any queries quickly and efficiently. Whether you need an update on an order, support with your account, or simply some advice, Lynne is always just a phone call or email away throughout your journey with us. Outside of work, Lynne is a passionate dog lover who enjoys long walks with her dogs and spending weekends exploring the countryside in her camper van.

Nathan plays a key role in the day-to-day running of our warehouse operation, working alongside the Warehouse Manager to ensure goods flow efficiently from inbound deliveries through to outbound dispatch. He oversees stock movements, supports the warehouse team, and helps maintain the high levels of accuracy and efficiency our customers expect. Nathan is committed to ensuring every order leaves our warehouse on time and in perfect condition. When he's not at work, Nathan enjoys keeping active, spending time on the football pitch, and following the sport whenever he can.
