Meet the Team

Ed oversees the running of all our departments and accounts. He also takes a great interest in onboarding new clients, learning about their businesses and understanding how best to provide the service they need. Having over 12 very successful years in the high-street and online retail sectors, Ed loves to get into the nitty-gritty of what makes a business different and thrives on making sure we have the right solution that works for each of our clients. Outside of work, Ed is a real family man who enjoys spending time with his large family, whether on holiday together or relaxing at home.

Rich is our Inbound Goods & Put-Away Manager. He started with us back in October 2010 as a member of our put-away team and he has since progressed up through the company ranks, holding several roles across numerous departments including team leader and supervisor. When Richard is not planning the put-away of hundreds of pallets each day, he is an avid sports fan and plays cricket for his local team. He has enjoyed doing this since 2012 and occasionally captains the team. Richard also plays 5 aside with his work colleagues.

Andrew is our Head of business development and joined us in February 2022. He is the lead in new business and driving Total Fulfilment forward. Andrew has a wealth of experience in the E-commerce and logistics space and has a passion for business. He fully engages and thrives on clients businesses. When not in the office Andrew loves his cars and football. He has a passion for restoring cars in his spare time.

Dan started working for us on the warehouse floor and has worked his way up to become our picking manager. In his 16 years of working for us, Dan has become well versed in all parts of our business and is passionate about developing our continuous improvement program, always looking for ways to streamline our picking process whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy. An avid football fan, when Dan is not trying to optimise our picking processes, he can be found on the 5 aside pitch being Total Fulfilment's very own Andrea Pirlo or managing his beloved Middlesbrough FC on the latest Football Manager game.

Kerry has been with us since June 2021 and is one of our account managers. Kerry will be your first point of contact when you partner with us. She has a passion for delivering first class and a very personal service for you and your business. Kerry will be just a phone call away should you need anything throughout your Total Fulfilment journey. At home Kerry loves her cooking, often bringing delicious treats into the office for the team. She is a big dog lover and enjoys walks with the family.

Jennie has been with us now for over 4 years and is one of the original members of Total Fulfilment. Recently promoted, Jennie is our Head of Client Success. Not only will she be delivering a first class service but overseeing your account to make sure our partnership is a long and successful one. Jennie constantly reviews our clients accounts to make sure they are maximising. When not in the office Jennie can be found at home spending time with her 3 sons. She loves gardening and decorating. Also has a keen interest in exploring the history of her grade 2 listed home.

Olly recently joined as a business development manager. Olly has a strong background in sales and always strives to deliver the very best service. Olly will be your point of contact when onboarding with us. He will guide you through the process and make the transition to us as smooth as possible. Right from the very first call to welcoming your stock, Olly will be there for you every step of the way. In his spare time, Olly loves his football and in particular Manchester United. Olly is also a huge foodie, often spending evenings cooking. He is a connoisseur when it comes to high end restaurants.
