We piece pick in bulk to keep your costs as low as possible.
Wherever possible, we pick as many single piece orders as we can in one large pick.
This allows us to keep your picking costs as low as possible. Don't worry that your order is picked alongside many others! We still scan your order up to 3 times during the fulfilment process - at the pick face, in the sort area and at the packing terminal. As a result of this, our order accuracy is over 99.5%.

Piece picking for B2C orders
Full Case Picks for B2B orders
If we pick a full pack, we only charge it as one unit
Our intelligent billing engine means that we only charge by each module handled. The scenario below explains how this works.
Ultimately, we want you to hold on to as much margin as possible on your B2B transactions.
Example
SKU 1 is packed in boxes of 6. SKU 2 is packed in boxes of 5.
There is an order for x10 pieces of SKU 1 and x18 pieces of SKU 2.
There would be 5 pick charges for SKU 1, 1 pick for the box plus 4 picks for the individuals.
There would be 6 pick charges for SKU 2, 3 picks for the 3 boxes of 5 plus 3 picks for the individuals.
Total chargeable picks for the order is 11 rather than 28.
You can set MOQs for layer and pallet quantities
Help your clients help you. Provide them with details on your customisable "Minimum Order Quantities". Set levels within your item card on full pallet quantities, layer quantities, pack quantities and even full trailer loads.
Setting up these key data can be invaluable when it comes to maximising sales and offering the best prices.

Cross-Docking
Cross-Docking
Cross-docking is a great way to operate if you have small "Minimum Order Quantities" from your supplier. If you have a large B2B order that needs a fast turnaround, cross-docking can also be very useful.
We essentially take the items that are required for an order directly from the goods-in dock and send them straight to the goods-out dock without putting them into storage.
