Using our Returns Department, makes the handling of your returned consignments efficient and cost effective. You can tailor the decision making and processes to ensure we deliver the right outcome in a timely fashion.
We have a recycling contract with a local company
We have a long-standing relationship with a respected local recycling contractor who we work with to ensure we can recycle as much waste as we can. In partnership with them, we are proud to say we have <0.5% contribution to landfill by recycling virtually all company waste. To offset our small carbon footprint, we have created large areas of woodland by planting over 10000 trees and counting.

We will follow your guidelines on what can go back on sale
We fully accept that you may be wary when considering whether an item is suitable for resale. We will always follow your guidelines as to what is and is not acceptable, to be returned to stock and if there is any doubt, we will consult with you before making your items available for resale.
Send your product back to yourself or your supplier
If you do not want a particular item to go back into saleable stock, we can arrange for this to be returned to either yourselves or directly to your supplier. Again, we’ll work with you to agree exactly how and when this happens to ensure we ship the items in cost efficient consignments whilst ensuring we adhere to any time sensitive restrictions your supplier may have.
Tell us when you want to dispose of your product
Unfortunately, some returns are simply unsuitable for re-sale or any other purpose and need to be disposed of. Let us know when this is the case and we can dispose of the product, in line with your specifications.

Release refunds as and when it suits you
If you want to determine exactly when refunds can be paid out, it is not a problem for us. We can configure the system to release refunds in line with your requirement.
Set approval required so you can edit refund amounts
We appreciate that sometimes you may wish to have final approval on some or all refunds. If this is the case, we can add an “approval required” stage into the returns process. This means we do all the administrative tasks surrounding the return and you have the final say on the level of refund offered.
Action resends for replacement items or change of product
In many cases, a customer loves the product but needs a different size or would prefer a different colour. We can customise our returns system to generate a replacement order for the products your customer now needs. The system will also action a partial refund or additional surcharge, if necessary.
Automatically initiate refund
Our Returns Management System will automatically process a refund to your customer when we confirm satisfactory receipt of the returned parcel.
