Single Orders - Double Checked. Multi Orders - Triple Checked

Across your ecommerce channels you are likely to receive both single orders and multi orders. We are set up very well to handle the two different types of order. When we are picking both single and multi orders we pick a large number of orders together, this improves our efficiency and allows to provide you with a very competitive rate.

Each multi order verified twice to ensure all items are present
We use a quality control loop to rescan all items on each multi order. Only once all the items have been double checked in each order, will we send them to the packing station. At the packing station the items are checked a 3rd time for maximum order accuracy. In summary, scanned at pick face, quality control scan and finally scanned for despatch.

We can split orders down to help with shipping
If your multi orders are large we can set up special rules to 'split' the parcel. This means you can send two smaller and safer parcels instead of one very large parcel. In certain circumstances this can also be more cost effective.

Option to automatically upgrade to pallet shipment for large orders
Our extensive and customisable shipping rules give you the option to always select the right shipper and service for the job. We will configure the rules with you and the packing terminal will 'intelligently' select the best service. The following are just some of the options; letter box, economy, next day, packet, large parcel, signed and pallet shipment.

Packing prompt is a completely customisable tool to aid our team of packers and produce the highest standard. First, you will collaborate with us to agree how you want your orders presenting. We then take your instruction and create easy to follow prompts for our packers to follow as they process your order. We can incorporate, written instructions, images and even videos.

We can even go right down to the nitty gritty of exactly what type of packaging to use. Some of the packing details you could specify include:- specify box size, advising on a particular bag type, adding extra bubble wrap, use void fill and more.

Getting a message to your customers as they open their order can be a very effective way of improving customer experience and generating repeat business. We work with suppliers of promotional material and can advise you on what we think works well. We'll ensure your in-parcel literature is always obvious when your orders are opened to give your message the best chance of success.
