Direct integration with shipping company software
The Total Fulfilment Hub is directly integrated with all major delivery services. When an order is packed, the software will send all the necessary information to the courier and a shipping label will be printed and immediately attached to your parcel.
Later collection times
Due to the volume of parcels we send, we have negotiated later collection times for parcels with the couriers. This means you can extend the time which orders need to be placed by for a “same day” dispatch.
Full traceability online
Both you and your customer will receive notification as soon as your order has been despatched and this will include a link which enables the order to be tracked right up to the point of delivery. With some of our partners, this link will also provide an image of the signature obtained, a geo-tag of where the driver was when the delivery was completed or a photograph of where the parcel was left.
